Instructions -
Drain shrimp really well. Empty can. Heat
Cabernet in microwave, just long enough over block of
cream cheese so it is loose. Pour over ice cream.
Decorate with Horseradish Jam. Serve with
unsweetened chocolate with curl or leaf of unsweetened
chocolate, or crackers and a glass of your favorite melt
chocolate and drizzle over the top. Also wine. This
is great when company drops in. Also great with
Merlot, Shiraz, or Pinot Noir.
